The tables you’ve seen on the twentieth floor

Journal · 26 September 2026

Candelabras and china from the Mosteller & Co. collection set on the twentieth floor at Founders Tower, Oklahoma City

The name is official and the paperwork is filed. The collection that sets the tables at Slate at Founders Tower on a Saturday night now rents to weddings anywhere in the Oklahoma City metro.

Nothing about it has changed except who can book it. Same china, same crystal, same candelabras, same twentieth floor.

Everything here earned its place upstairs first

These are the chargers that go under dinner at Slate. The goblets that catch the city lights at the toast. The candelabras that run down the centre of a wedding table with the skyline behind them. They go out, they come back, they are washed in the same kitchen, and they wait for the next one.

Nothing was bought to fill a catalogue. If a piece is in the collection it is because we were willing to put it on our own tables first, in front of our own couples, on the night that mattered to them.

There is no warehouse

Most rental companies keep their inventory in a building you will never see, under lights that have never been on for an event. Ours lives on the twentieth floor of Founders Tower, in the same room where it gets used.

That is also why it is small on purpose. We buy what we would set ourselves, and we replace it before it starts to look tired. Nothing in this collection has been sitting still waiting for you.

How renting works

Pickup and return are by appointment at Founders Tower, mornings before noon. We count the inventory together when it leaves and count it together when it comes back, so there is never a conversation afterward about what happened.

Half holds your date. The balance is due fourteen days before pickup. Care and handling is a flat twenty percent covering washing, laundering and the ordinary chips and losses that happen at every wedding — so no invoice turns up three weeks after the honeymoon over a cracked salad plate. Every rate is published on the rentals page, and you can build a quote without talking to anyone.

The version we would still recommend

Set in the room it was bought for. Book your wedding at Slate at Founders Tower and the All-Inclusive setting is included for every guest with catering, set and cleared by the venue team, with everything else in the collection fifteen percent below the published rates.

And none of it arrives in a truck at seven in the morning. It comes down one elevator, and the chef who cooked the dinner is standing behind it. If you have not stood on that floor at sunset, go and see it before you decide where you are getting married.

What people ask

Can I rent from Mosteller & Co. if my wedding is not at Slate at Founders Tower?

Yes. The collection rents to weddings and events anywhere in the Oklahoma City metro. Pickup and return are by appointment at Founders Tower, mornings before noon, and the published rates are the same whether or not your event is at Slate.

Where do I collect the order?

Founders Tower, 5900 Mosteller Drive, Oklahoma City, by appointment. We count the inventory together when it leaves and count it together when it comes back, so nothing is settled after the fact.

What does it cost if my wedding is at Slate?

Book catering at Slate and the All-Inclusive place setting is included for every guest, set and cleared by the venue team. Everything else in the collection is fifteen percent below the published rates.
