We are pickup only. Orders are collected from Founders Tower at 5900 Mosteller Drive by appointment, always in the morning and before noon, and returned the same way. Everything is counted with you at both ends and the count sheet is signed on the spot.

Most couples reserve four to eight weeks out. Peak Saturdays in spring and autumn go earlier. A fifty percent non-refundable deposit holds your dates and pulls the inventory off the calendar.

Couples with a booked date at Slate at Founders Tower pay fifteen percent below public pricing on everything in the collection. Valentina issues a personal code with your welcome packet; open the link she sends and the rate is already applied. Codes are tied to one event and verified before your invoice goes out.

Yes. Every item is photographed on this site, including all twelve charger and napkin pairings, and the tables are shot in our own room rather than a studio. If you would rather see them in person, call and we will set a table for you.

By appointment, always in the morning and before noon, at Founders Tower on Mosteller Drive. We book a slot with you so somebody is on site to count the order into your car and again when it comes back. Orders are held for a four-day window around your event, so the timing is rarely tight.

The All-Inclusive setting is $14 per guest and includes a dinner plate, salad plate, side plate, bowl, five-piece flatware, a charger plate in your chosen finish, a napkin in your colour and a ribbed water goblet. The Place Setting is $6.50 per guest and covers dinner plate, salad plate, fork, knife, teaspoon and goblet.

Up to 250 guests across roughly 42 tables. We hold 350 of each plate, 350 five-piece flatware settings, 300 of each charger, 300 napkins in each of four colours, 400 water goblets and 30 candelabras.

Three chargers — fluted clear with a gold rim, antique ivory scroll, and gold sunburst — against four napkin colours in ivory, blue, sage green and black. All twelve pairings are photographed so you choose from what actually arrives.

Yes. Floor-length 120-inch rounds in black, white lace and champagne, laundered on site between every event and delivered pressed on the hanger.

The candelabras are clear acrylic and stand thirty-two inches with eight arms. They take LED taper candles, fitted and tested before they leave, so there is no wax, no smoke and no venue asking you to put them out.

Tell us as soon as you know. Adding is usually straightforward if the stock is free; reducing is fine up to fourteen days before pickup, when the balance falls due. After that the order is fixed.

No. Scrape plates and return everything in the crates provided. Washing and sanitation is included in your rental at ten percent of the order, handled in our own kitchen.

A ten percent breakage cover is included in every order and absorbs ordinary chips and losses. Anything broken beyond ordinary wear is billed at the replacement price printed on your contract, so there is never a negotiation after the fact.

Not until the deposit clears. Until then the inventory stays available to everyone else. If your date is tight, tell us and we will move first.

Anywhere in the Oklahoma City metro — Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Bethany, Nichols Hills, The Village, Mustang, Piedmont and Guthrie included. Pickup is always from Founders Tower.

Not for outside events — you collect, you set, you return. Couples getting married at Slate are a different matter, because our team is already in the room.
